TGIF Y'all!
Did you see the weather for tomorrow!? We're looking at a warmer afternoon but the morning should be ideal for our long and 60min options.
As with last week, a portion of the 60min route will coincide with the longer route. Make sure you're paying attention to the group you're running with. Also, it's always helpful if y'all take a moment to study the route - especially if you're gonna run ahead. People generally just follow whoever is in front of them which we get but yea, take a look at the route!
Patty and Tony will be leading the 60min group tomorrow and Dao-Yi / Felipe will be leading out the longer run.
Meet up will be at Juraku!
