What up Squadron!
Wanted to share some exciting news but first lets talk about this Saturday's run. We'll be linking up by the Brooklyn entrance to the Williamsburg Bridge and keep it east of Manhattan again. From there, we're heading back to Queens for a second Saturday in a row, to run around Roosevelt Island which we haven't done in a long while. Moziah will be close by the finish in Astoria near the 59th Street Bridge, and we can all hit up Jax&Co afterwards. Plenty of room to sit and have some good food and drink to finish the morning off. Hey, now that we've pushed our runs back an hour, we've got options!! The route should be a touch over 10 miles. Just to make a mention, the past 2 weeks have been working out real well. Good to see people running smart and responsibly. Let's keep this going - awesome to hear people having conversations and not panting (too) hard!
So the Team has been working hard in the background to finally get our site and webstore up and running, lol. Man, we've had this domain since 2019 and have been talking about making this happen ever since...Almost 5 years later we're happy to say that we're CURRENTLY on track to go live on Black Friday! Nothing extravagant, but it's something we've been wanting to do for a while and to have a centralized place for all things old. We will be posting information for our weekly runs and other activations there, and will no longer be sending out weekly emails. We'll continue to post on our social feeds but the links will take you to our site (and route to Strava per usual). Our current run of Running and Fitted hats will be available here as well as some merch we have left from our Popup shop. Ayooo, we're even going to offer home shipping!! We're trying to do a whole lot in a little bit of time, so we appreciate everyone's patience as we expand a tiny bit on our offerings :)
Last but not least, word on the street is that OMRC is going to have a Holiday Party early December, right by our Anniversary. That's all we got see below for run info!
